Cancellations and Changes – Relax, We’ve Got You Covered!
We understand that life can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer flexible cancellation policies, so you can stay worry-free:
- Up to 31 days before arrival: If your plans change, you’ll only be charged €25 per room. Easy!
- Up to 14 days before arrival: Cutting it a little closer? In this case, 50% of the total booking price applies.
- 14 to 4 days before arrival: Unfortunately, we will have to charge 70% of the total price.
- Within 4 days or in case of no-show: In this case, 100% of the total price will be charged.
To avoid any unpleasant surprises, we highly recommend getting travel cancellation insurance – either through your trusted provider or directly via Europäische Reiseversicherung. This way, your vacation stays stress-free, no matter what!
